Kim Ogden, Founder and Managing Director

Kim spent 14 years with Bain & Company and was one of the lead partners in Bain’s Healthcare and Retail practices.  She left Bain in 2003 to pursue a longstanding interest in the nonprofit sector and was part of the founding team of Agape International, a nonprofit that cares for AIDS orphans in India.

Kim served as COO of Agape for seven years and helped build a committed donor base and a sizable financial reserve.

She currently serves on the Board of the New England Aquarium, the Goodnow Library Foundation and her church where she also is Treasurer.  Kim is now focused on combining her business and nonprofit experience to address poverty in new ways through Ventures for Hope.   Kim has her MBA from Harvard and her BA in Economics from Dartmouth where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa.
